At Luxury Spot, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide premium service with every order. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we are happy to assist with exchanges under the following conditions:

Exchange Conditions:

• You must request an exchange within 24 hours of receiving your order.
• The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and packaging intact.
• We do not accept exchanges on damaged or worn items.

Once your request is approved, kindly send the item to the following return address:

The cost of returning the item will be at the customer’s expense unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
